Nevada LLC Renewal 101

A Nevada LLC renewal is the process of restoring a delinquent business entity to good standing. A Nevada LLC may still get revived years after having been administratively dissolved, within a few days of applying for reinstatement and paying the state fees. Keep in mind that to prevent the loss of your company name, you will have to file for a Nevada LLC renewal within two years of entity dissolution. What happens if my LLC gets dissolved?
