Lawrence J. Spiegel is the Founder and Chairman of Spiegel & Utrera, P.A., a firm he established in Miami, Florida, in 1990. Beyond his achievements as an attorney, Mr. Spiegel is an accomplished entrepreneur. He founded Personnel One, a national staffing agency, and has been actively involved in launching and advising numerous successful business ventures.

Mr. Spiegel's dedication to service began early; in his early twenties, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served honorably, attaining the rank of Sergeant. Following his military service, he earned his degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

He has served as general or special counsel to various companies, including Personnel One, Inc., Financial Guaranty Corporation, AmeriProperties, Inc., AmeriFinancial, Inc., Mills Family Bakery, Inc., and Jay Lawrence Group, Inc.
• In addition to his legal and business pursuits, Mr. Spiegel has successfully developed large-scale commercial complexes throughout Florida and has acquired, renovated, and traded waterfront residential properties. He holds a commercial brokerage license and has deep expertise in commercial real estate management.
