I found Larry Spiegel and Amerilawyer through the Internet when I needed to incorporate my second restaurant. I was disgusted with all the lawyers I had worked with before - they made me feel ridiculous because they charged so much money and provided horrible service. But the lawyers at Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. were straightforward and kept their prices low. When they incorporated me, they split all the steps of the process into various stages so I could save money if I wanted to by doing some of the work myself. Plus, when they said they were going to fax me, they faxed me, and they returned my calls immediately. It was great customer service. All in all, it's the first experience with a legal team that I didn't have a problem with and felt I had a fair deal. In fact, these are the first lawyers that I'd look forward to working with again.
For somebody like myself that doesn't know much about the legal issues involved in running a business, it's sickening to think that any time you pick up a phone to call an average lawyer they'll charge you anywhere from fifty to five hundred dollars an hour for their advice. But the General Counsel Club service is wonderful. With one flat annual fee all of my legal questions are answered - what could be better than that?
