Larry's Entrepreneur's Corner
As the President of Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. I know a lot about
being an entrepreneur. Working with my partner, Natalia Utrera, we
transformed one office in Miami, Florida with a few workers into
twelve offices across the country with dozens of employees and we
are still growing. Weve helped thousands of individuals passionate
about starting their own business incorporate, draft their leases,
secure their trademarks and copyrights and develop their marketing
and business model. Through our General Counsel Club we have ensured
that countless individuals have access to unlimited legal counsel to
keep their businesses on course during their arduous first years of
operation. We have helped thousands of individuals captain their
businesses into successful enterprises and watched with admiration
and satisfaction as they achieved goal after goal after goal.
Individuals like you. People who stopped talking about starting
their own business and boldly forged their illustrious futures. I
speak from experience when I counsel my fellow entrepreneurs. As
Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Personnel One, Inc. my
efforts ensured that the company grew to become Floridas largest
privately owned temporary staffing service. As either general or
special counsel to companies such as the Financial Guaranty
Corporation, AmeriProperties, Inc., AmeriFinancial, Inc., Mills
Family Bakery of North Carolina, Inc., Mills Family Bakery of
Alabama, Inc., and Jay Lawrence Group, Inc. along with thousands of
other individuals, businesses and Corporations, I have had the
privilege of lending instrumental guidance to help transform these
entrepreneurs. In short - I know the importance of hard work and
ingenuity. I know the inestimable value of lasting relationships and
profitable alliances. My hope is that you will feel such a bond as
you gain insight for your life and business while reading this
newsletter.
