CORPORATE DEATH BENEFIT
PLAN
Your corporation can provide a death benefit, not to exceed $5,000, to compensate
an employee's beneficiary when an employee dies. The employee could be you or
your spouse. It's drafted to comply with the Internal Revenue Code so that the
payment by the Corporation will be a deduction for tax purposes and the receipt
by the beneficiary will be considered a tax free gift.
