What
should corporate or LLC records include?
Remember, the
maintenance of your entity records are important. You should make sure
that you have the following: the Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization;
the Corporate By Laws or Company Regulations; Organizational Minutes; Annual
Reports; A stock or membership register for keeping track of stock or membership
transactions; and minutes of all shareholder or member and director meetings,
including the annual meeting. Minutes are the written record of a meeting. Every
company must have at least one meeting per year. If you have not done so yet,
please submit
your annual worksheet for us to prepare the notice and minutes of your entity's
annual meeting for this year or previously missed years.
