Is it a business you&#8217;re trying to protect? Is it real estate you&#8217;re trying to protect? Is the real estate income producing? Is the business operational? Is it just cash that you are trying to protect? For example, you may need to create an entity in a state that protects your public records and then use that entity for anonymity in a separate state.
