Sebastian was born on May 17, 1978 in Brooklyn, New York. He received his B.S. in Management with a concentration in Finance from the University at Buffalo. Sebastian was awarded his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2003 and later admitted to the New York State Bar in the spring of 2004. Sebastian is currently a resident of Brooklyn, New York.

Experience

Sebastian entered into small business management at an early age. His first legal experience was as an intern to the Honorable Justice Marilyn Shafer of the Supreme Court of New York County. After graduating from Seton Hall Law, Sebastian worked as a contract attorney for large litigations with two Midtown firms, Meister Seeling & Fein, LLP and McCarter & English, LLP. In September of 2004, Sebastian accepted the Managing Attorney position of Spiegel & Utrera, P.A., P.C.’s New York City office.
