Became a member of the New York Bar in 1988 and a member of the Florida Bar in 1995. A member in good standing of the New York and Florida Bars continuously since that time.

While a law student in Washington, D.C., employed by the United States Department of Labor, Workers Compensation Division, by the United States Senator Jim Sasser, and completed an internship with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Years 1988 through 1990, employed by Leahey and Johnson, located on Wall Street in New York City, working on civil trial matters, specializing in personal injury.

Years 1991 through 1994, employed by Lester, Schwab, Katz and Dwyer, located on Broadway in New York City, working on civil trial matters, specializing in personal injury.
