Background

Renee was born August 21, 1977 in Clarksville, Tennessee. She attended high school in Deptford, New Jersey and graduated in 1995. Thereafter, Renee attended and graduated from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland where she majored in English.

Experience

Renee graduated from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware with a Juris Doctor in May 2002. She became a member of the Delaware Bar in December of 2002 and is a member of the American Bar Association. Renee is also admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. While attending law school, she served as a law clerk in the Bankruptcy Department of Elzufon, Austin, Reardon, Tarlov & Mondell, P .A. After passing the bar, she became an associate of the firm. In October of 2003, Renee joined the law firm of Kimmel & Silverman, P .C., where she established and managed their Wilmington, Delaware office and practiced Lemon Law. Renee is presently employed by Spiegel & Utrera, P A. where she practices Business and Corporate Law.
