Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland where she attended the International School of Geneva.

Training
Stephanie’s studies of law began in 1991 when she attended the University of Bielefeld, Germany from 1991-1997 and received her Juris Doctorate in 1996.

She graduated with an LL.M. in Business Transactions from the University of Denver, College of Law, Colorado in 2004.

Stephanie is qualified to practice in the EU since 2002 and a member in good standing of the New York Bar since 2005 and the California Bar since 2006.

Experience
Her professional career began with a 2-year clerkship at the Berlin Appeals Court in 1999. During her clerkship she worked for a commercial litigation law firm and a district court.

During her employment in the U.S. Stephanie assisted the General Counsel of a Financial Services Company in Denver, Colorado and worked for a business litigation firm in Denver, Colorado.

Stephanie is presently employed at Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. where she practices in the area of commercial litigation.
