Pricing for non-current year Reddi Corps are generally provided in two components:

1. The first price includes the Reddi Corp, which may or may not, be in good standing with its state of formation but without being up to date with Federal and/or State tax filings.
2. The second price includes the Reddi Corp guaranteed to be in good standing with its state of formation and its Federal and/or State tax filings completed.

As a law firm, Spiegel & Utrera sells each Reddi Corp it owns with a Disclosure Statement executed by both Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. and the Purchaser that clearly spells out that Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. guarantees that the Reddi Corp being purchased has never done any business and, as far as is known by Spiegel & Utrera, P.A., the Reddi Corp has no liabilities unless they are otherwise noted in the Disclosure Statement.

From time to time, contained in the Spiegel & Utrera Reddi Corp list you will find aged corporations available for sale that are designated Client Owned. These non-current year corporations are also sold with a Disclosure Statement, but most of these non-current year corporations or LLCs have done prior business and, in many cases, these corporations or LLCs can have undisclosed liabilities in the sense that there may be liabilities that even the Seller is unaware of at the time of sale. When purchasing a corporation or LLC which has done prior business, Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. encourages you to seek independent counsel from an attorney other than Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. so that you completely understand the legal ramifications of the purchase.

In all cases, sales of Reddi Corps are final and non-refundable. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Cashiers Check or cash for payment of non-current Reddi Corps.

Date of Incorporation, Corporate Seal & Book, Certificate or Articles of Incorporation, Corporate Minutes, By Laws, Stock Certificate. All corps are subject to previous sales and price increases prior to purchase. Some Reddi Corps may require various Federal and State tax filings and payments.
