Daniel Saul Finnegan, Esq.

Daniel Saul Finnegan is the Managing Attorney of the New Jersey office of Spiegel & Utrera, P.A., P.C. Daniel is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey (Membership Identification Number 038222006) and New York.

Background:

Daniel was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Madison, Wisconsin. After working professionally as a structural engineer in New York City, Daniel was awarded his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2006. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2006 and later admitted to the New York State Bar in 2007.

Experience:

After graduating from law school, Daniel worked as an attorney in the music industry at the world's largest private record company. Prior to this, his business-legal experience included, among other things, interning for a trademark lawyer in Colgate-Palmolive's business and legal affairs department and mediating commercial disputes at Manhattan's Midtown Community Court. In March of 2008, Daniel accepted the Managing Attorney position of Spiegel & Utrera, P.A., P.C.’s New Jersey office.
