Joint Irrevocable Living Trust
An Individual Irrevocable Trust is a Trust, which, by its terms, cannot be modified, amended, or revoked. While the Revocable Living Trust allows the grantors or settlors the ability to retain some asset control, has flexibility and avoids the costs and duration of probate, the tradeoff is that the assets in the Trust do not avoid the estate tax. With an Individual Irrevocable Trust, the grantors or settlors’ control is ceded, but the estate tax may be avoided. Let us jump start your estate plan and provide you with peace of mind by drafting a Joint Irrevocable Living Trust for $574.95.
