Background
Born on September 3, 1960 in Fort Worth Texas.  Attended and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with high honors in 1983 from the University of Texas at Austin’s noted Plan II Honors Program.

Attended and graduated from the University of Texas Law School where she participated in and organized the annual Spring exchange program between the University of Texas Law School and the law school of the University of Guanajuato, Mexico in 1985. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1987 and became a member of the Texas Bar immediately thereafter.

Experience

As a law student, Rebecca was a student attorney ad litem representing battered children.

From 1988 to 1991 she worked for the Texas State Legislature as an attorney analyzing criminal justice policy.

From 1992 to 1996, she was an educator in Texas and California. 

From 1996 to 2005 she worked in real estate investment in California.

Rebecca has created for profit and non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, and other corporate transactions.

Rebecca Rhyne is a member in good standing of the California State Bar and the Texas State Bar.
