Background
Born in New Delhi, India where he graduated high school with Honors. Attended International Hotel Management Institute, Switzerland majoring in Hotel Operational Management and graduated with First Class Honors in 1999. Emigrated to the United States of America and worked in hospitality, real estate and health care industries. Attended University of Central Florida majoring in Hospitality Management and graduated as Class Valedictorian with Honor Medallion and Magna Cum Laude Honors in 2002.
Training
Mr. Arora received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2006 from the Florida A&M University College of Law, where he was selected as a Law Student Ambassador. Mr. Arora was appointed on the Disciplinary Committee Board by the Student Bar Association at Florida A&M University College of Law, where he actively participated in administrative hearings and made written findings with respect to alleged violations of the student code of conduct. During law school, Mr. Arora was appointed as a Legal Research Assistant for the Dean’s Office and the Legal Writing Department. Mr. Arora is a Supreme Court of Florida Certified County Mediator and he has mediated small claims civil disputes while in law school. Mr. Arora has assisted attorneys in prosecution of real estate licensees during his legal internship at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. As a Guardian Ad Litem and Certified Legal Intern, Mr. Arora has represented children in dependency proceedings. He has volunteered his time at Legal Aid Society of Orange County Bar Association, Inc., in Orlando, Florida and interviewed low-income clients relating to matters involving bankruptcy, real estate and family law. As an Officer of the South Asian Bar Association Florida, Mr. Arora is dedicated to the advancement and development of ideas and information regarding pro bono and other civic activities.
