Information & Benefits:
The following information and benefits is what distinguishes us from other online providers.

Vacation
5 business days accrue for first 12 consecutive months worked. 10 business days accrue for first 24 consecutive months worked. 15 business days accrue following 60 consecutive months worked.
 
Sick Days
1/2 of a sick day is accrued for each month of employment. If not used, the employee will be paid the value of of each sick day ranging from 10% for one sick day to 75% for six sick days.

Holidays
Six paid legal holidays.

Funeral Leave
Three paid days if funeral is for immediate family.

Payday
Payroll period is two weeks long ending on a Saturday. Payday is following Friday.

COBRA
Must elect and pay into COBRA to continue coverage if employment ceases.

Timecards
Any employee who punches in or out for another employee shall be subject to termination.
